Martin Carbajal

Heber Martin Carbajal joined Hankin Patent Law, APC in early 2023 and brings to the firm a vast array of electrical engineering and legal experience. As an Aviation Electronics Tech in the United States Navy, Martin Performed maintenance activities on avionics systems of the F14B included RADAR, guidance and optical targeting, radio communication, cryptographic, navigation, and computer processors. He went on to work at the Federal Aviation Administration in Los Angeles for a decade. During law school at University of Denver, Martin interned at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Martin began his legal career as an Associate with Brown Wegner LLP in Irvine, CA where he handled numerous intellectual property matters including evaluation of patent infringement, trademark infringement, and copyright infringement actions.
