Amy Burke advises entrepreneurs, creative professionals, and businesses regarding the selection, protection, and enforcement of trademarks; the scope and enforcement of copyrights; and drafting and negotiating key business agreements. Amy also forms new business entities and works with clients to establish a strong foundation for success.
Amy lives in Santa Barbara, raises chickens, and is active in Santa Barbara Meals on Wheels as a Volunteer Driver and Board Member
