Imran F. Vakil, Esq. maintains a broad-based practice. He currently practices in several areas of Intellectual property law, including Federal registration, licensing, and litigation.

Mr. Vakil has consulted with numerous individuals and companies in a variety of matters of including, entertainment law, corporate law, real estate, securities structuring, information technology, international accounting and multi-national structuring, private placements, company valuations, foreign investments, government licensing, and regulatory matters

Imran Vakil comes from an extensive business background with electronics & lighting manufacturing companies, real estate investment groups, garment manufacturers, media production companies, beverage manufacturing companies, and start-up ventures. He has spearheaded the development of operations in multiple countries, including the United States, China, The Islands of Fiji, and the United Arab Emirates. In addition, Mr. Vakil has been instrumental in establishing business relations for his former employers in several other regions of the world, including Australia, Tahiti, Taiwan, Japan, Pakistan, India, Italy, Canada, Mexico, Honduras, and El Salvador.

Mr. Vakil received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1997 from the University of Southern California; a Master of Business Administration degree in 2002 from Pepperdine University; and a Juris Doctor at Loyola Law School in 2006. Imran Vakil is admitted to State and Federal Bars of California.
